Ordering methods and shipping costs. Your order from the Bdrapes can be made in 2 ways. You can either pick it up at your door, or from our physical store in Glyfada. The company’s policy is that for orders up to €30 the shipping cost is €3 and no charge for higher amounts.
This general rule does not apply to certain categories of products that have a large volume and weight, such as furniture. For these categories and depending on the manufacturer, there is a transport cost for which the customer is informed by phone.
It is worth noting that for very bulky products and for distant destinations there may be a variation of this cost depending on the weight and volume of the product as well as depending on the area where the delivery will be made.
Shipping Orders are sent by COURIER if it is a parcel up to a weight or volume charge of 5 KGR. Larger parcels with transport companies or our company’s car on the pavement.
Delivery times for orders vary from 9 am to 5 pm and within Attica until 8 am. In the event that you cannot pick up during this time, you have the option to pick up from the carrier’s store with help of the shipping code we send you via sms and e-mail.
If there is a problem in the processing of your order, we will call you on the contact number you have provided, in order to find a solution together for the best possible service for you. Shipments to Cyprus and European destinations have a delivery time depending on the agreement of the courier or carrier for bulk shipments. The total cost of the order and shipping is calculated at the time of order completion and should be paid before shipping by bank deposit.

To have your order shipped there, simply select store pickup at checkout if you’re ordering online, or ask us if you’re ordering by phone.
As soon as your order arrives at the store, you will be informed by phone and also by sms – email to know when you can come and pick it up. Orders can be held on hold for up to 10 days after you receive notification that they have arrived at the store.

Payment for your purchases in stores can be made in cash or by using a debit and credit card (for purchases over €150, payment can be made using a credit card in up to 6 interest-free installments).
